About me
I’m Carrie, and I’m glad you’re here. My clients are some of my favorite people, and it’s my absolute privilege to play a part in their healing.
The therapeutic relationship is so incredibly unique that I believe it can only be experienced and not described. For that reason, if you think you might be a good fit for my practice I encourage you to request a complimentary consultation call. In the meantime, please feel free to browse my credentials.
If it helps to know something personal about me, I spend my time outside of work skiing, practicing yoga, attending live theatre, volunteering with animal advocacy groups, and caring for my three senior, special needs rescue pups.

I earned my Master of Science Degree in Social Work, Advanced Clinical Practice, at Columbia University in New York City, where I was appointed to a fellowship in the DBT Training Program, founded with DBT developer Marsha Linehan.
